Thanks to the implementation carried out, our company has adopted the ERP system "Panthera," an advanced second-generation enterprise resource planning system that offers cutting-edge technological standards and implementation flexibility. The project required a substantial redesign of business processes, centralizing all departments on a single platform to improve efficiency and productivity, with continuous feedback from end users and performance evaluations (KPIs).

Thanks to the incentive granted through participation in the Digitalization Call, we have been able to strengthen our Research and Development department, enhancing simulations, 3D modeling, and data analysis, thus facilitating the design of more advanced products. The adoption of a 3D printer and advanced design software has reduced development times, accelerating the market launch of new products. Process optimization has led to a significant reduction in development and production costs, increasing company profitability. Product quality has improved due to defect reduction, enhancing customer satisfaction and market competitiveness.
